Varner, Willard D. beloved husband of Janet L. Varner (nee Ehlers) for 62 years, devoted father of Jeffrey L. Varner, Jody L. (the late Gerald E.) Clust, Lori R. (John) O'Connell, and Gwen A. McCane, dear brother of Robert and Jim Varner, loving grandfather of Michael (Emma), Jason, Lauren, Ashley, Lacey, and Jack, also survived by several nieces and nephews. April 10, 2015. Age 87 years. Residence Anderson Twp. Service at T P WHITE & SONS Funeral Home 2050 Beechmont Ave. Mt. Washington on Wed. April 15, at 1 PM. Friends may visit on Wed. from 12 Noon to 1 PM. Memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Willard served his country proudly during WW II in the US Navy.
