Alice J. Ruoff (nee Everett) age 86, formerly of Anderson Twp., died July 30th, 2018 in Wurtland, KY. She was the beloved wife of Marlin A. Ruoff and loving sister of the late Verna Sparks, Sylvia Clemmons, Madge Lucille Morgan, Carl Everett, and Parkis Everett. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
