Deborah L. Bilby (nee Swiger) wife of the late James A. Bilby beloved mother of Chris, devoted daughter of Ann B. Gentry and the late Ronald Swiger, dear sister of Robin, Roxann, Tonya, Donald, and the late Ronnie, step-mother of James Jr., Michael, the late David and Joanie, also survived by 5 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and countless best friends, especially Paula.
