Obituary for Michael Ryan

Michael Ryan beloved husband of Christine Ryan (nee Rog) devoted father of Karen Anne (Todd) Shaffer and Mark (Suzanne) Ryan, dear brother of Noreen Ryan, loving grandfather of Kathryn, Thomas, and Jack. Feb. 17, 2018. Residence Anderson Twp. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Rose Church, 2501 Riverside Dr. on Thur. Feb. 22, at 9:30 AM. Friends may visit at T P WHITE & SONS Funeral Home 2050 Beechmont Ave. Mt. Washington on Wed. from 4-6 PM. Michael was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. He was a proud alumnus of Canisius College. Michael served in the Vietnam War as a First Lieutenant in U.S. Army Intelligence. After proudly serving his country, he worked in various roles at Procter and Gamble before retiring after an amazing 35 year career as an executive. After retirement, Michael enjoyed traveling with Christine, family, and friends. Besides his love for family, he was avid sports fan and aficionado. One of his greatest joys was watching and cheering for his grandchildren in their sports endeavors. We will greatly miss his love for life, passion for helping others, and loyalty to his faith.
