Benkert, beloved mother of Angie (the late Gerry) Meisman, Ron (Ann) Benkert, Tom (Barb) Benkert, Mary (John Jr.) Boyd, Jonna (Dave) Chadwell, and Bob (Jackie) Benkert, dear grandmother of Kristen (Jeff), Matt (Libby), John III (Nika), Jay (RongRong), Michael, Lauren (Jeremy), Molly, John (Sarah), Nick, Megan (John), Dan (Alley), Tim (Andrea), and the late Rob, loving great-grandmother of Madeline, Carter, Jack, Eli, Will, John IV, Maria, and Natasha, caring sister of Ruth Kuhnell, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Nov. 27, 2016. Age 90 years. Mass of Christian Burial at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church Anderson Twp., on Thur. Dec. 1, at 10:30 AM.
