Nov. 22, 2015. Age 53 years. Residence Norwood, OH. Visitation at T P WHITE & SONS Funeral Home 2050 Beechmont Ave. Mt. Washington on Wed. Dec. 2, from 1-2 PM. Graveside service at Walnut Hills Cemetery on Wed. at 2:30 PM.
