Obituary for Sister Patricia Ruth Sheatzley

Sheatzley, Sister Patricia Ruth, CSJ (fomerly Sr.Mary Ruth) beloved member of the Congregation of St.Joseph, entered into eternal life on December 17, 2012, age 78 years. Loving daughter of the late Howard & Ruth Sheatzley (nee Dahlheimer) beloved sister of Sister Julia Sheatzley,CSJ, Joseph (Mary Ann), the late Robert, Howard & Harry Sheatzley, also survived by many nieces & nephews. Her many ministries included teacher at Immaculate Heart of Mary, Guardian Angels Elementary Schools & McNicholas High School as teacher & counselor. In SanAntonio, Texas she served as Novice Director & High School Campus Minister. She was a Cincinnati General Councilor for the Sisters of St.Joseph & most recently a Pastoral Associate for 15 years in Clinton, Lousiana. She retired in 2010. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Guardian Angels Church, 6531 Beechmont Ave., Cincinnati, OH. on Friday Dec.21 at 10 A.M. preceded by visitation from 9 A.M. to 10 A.M. Burial will follow in Guardian Angels Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Congregation of St.Joseph, 4010 Executive Park Dr. #320, Cincinnati, OH. 45241 T.P.White & Sons Funeral Home serving the family.
