Todd M.  Frazier
Todd M. Frazier, age 92, passed August 31, 2018. Dear husband of Brigitte, and childhood friend and beloved husband for 56 years of the late Barbara Frazier, loving brother of Susan, beloved father of Michael (Joanne), Sarah, Nancy (Fred), and David (Patricia), uncle of Barbara, Tom (Diana), and Roger. Survived by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many cherished friends. Served his country in the U.S. Navy, WW II, and in the U.S. Army, Korean War. Graduate of Kenyon College and Johns Hopkins University. Retired Branch Chief of Surveillance, NIOSH, Associate Professor of Biostatistics, Harvard School of Public Health, consultant for the World Health Organization, biostatistician for DC Department of Public Health and Baltimore City Health Departments. Volunteered at Mercy Hospital, Meals on Wheels, AARP tax preparation, and tutored local elementary students and adult learners pursuing GED degrees.

Services and reception to be held at St. Timothy Episcopal Church, 8101 Beechmont Ave., Cincinnati, OH. 45255, on Saturday, September 8th at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, 615 Wolfe St., Baltimore MD 21205 or to the Alzheimers Association, 644 Linn St. #1026, Cincinnati OH 45203.

At his request, the interment will be private for family at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park, 4210 West Central Ave., Toledo, OH. T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home serving the family.
