Absolutely loved Chunky, from his belly laughs to his always present smile. He loved and lived life to the fullest. He was always a wonderful friend and I loved how much he adored his family. Katie and his daughters were the topic of most conversations and as a family they were always off doing something together. Mike and I first met Chunky at Brookstone Condos, where we all resided and from the moment we met him we became friends. He and I worked together at Eye World as well. There's just too many moments to recollect here, but I will miss everything about him...including his love of the Rolling Stones. Rest well my friend. I'll see you again someday. And to Katie, Maggie, Sadie and Molly, we are here if you need anything at all. We love you all and we have kept you in our prayers.

Mark and I go way back to the Thoma/Sutton days with Dr. Spaulding. Always so kind and helpful to not only the patients, but the staff as well. I enjoyed working with him. Patty Kline
